UvA Conferences and Events must be notified of cancellations in writing, via conference@uva.nl.
1. Cancellation on or before 16 September 2025: registration payment will be refunded (minus 50 euro administration costs)
2. Cancellation after 16 September, 2025: no refunds will be possible.
