Program outline
Objectives of the training:
- Deepen understanding of professional partnership process management (partnership brokering)
- Introduce partnership brokering concepts and practical tools
- Build key skills and professional confidence in this field
- Explore innovative approaches to problem-solving and transformative interventions
- Promote a ‘reflective’ approach to professional practice and partnership brokering good practice principles
- Create new knowledge about partnership brokering and its value
Each day will have a very different character with different learning approaches, skills to practice and content. We work our way through the Partnering Cycle throughout the four days.

Scoping and building a partnership including: making the case for partnering & interest based bargaining
20 January 2026
Scoping and building a partnership including co-creation of shared objectives, dealing with diversity, coming to joint agreement
21 January 2026
Managing & Maintaining and reviewing a partnership including collaborative leadership and governance models
22 January 2026
Moving on in a partnership including team roles and reflective practise
