PreCICE 2027 will work under the privacy policy of Delft University of Technology (TU Delft.)

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for PreCICE 2027 to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Photos and videos

Please note that photos will be taken and video fragments will be recorded throughout the workshop by both professional photographers and your fellow delegates. These photos can be used by preCICE 2027 a recap of the conference on our website and social media.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be sent by email to precice2027-org@lists.tudelft.nl. Please include your full name and registration reference.

Cancellations received on or before [DATE] qualify for a [REFUND PERCENTAGE]% refund, less an administration fee of €[AMOUNT].
Cancellations received after [DATE] are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
