Online Internship Event

'Get Connected' 11 March 2021

Happy new year and wish you all the best for 2021.

We would like to invite you for our online internship event “Get Connected” Thursday 11 March. This online internship event offers  you  the opportunity to get connected with our business bachelor students who are aiming for a 3rd year internship position as from August 2021. 

For the 1st time we are inviting international companies who hired our students in previous years to join and are very excited to discover if we can incorporate international companies to join the event.

The event will be offered completely online, but it will resemble the atmosphere of a physical fair. To give you an idea of the online networking experience, please click here for an impression of the last edition for our 4th year thesis students and companies, October 2020. 

Programme:

14.30 hrs: Opening – Dean Rotterdam Business School
The digital event will start with a joint opening presentation in which both students and companies are enthusiastic about networking.

14.40 – 16.30 hrs: Networking 
At your own virtual company stand, students can talk to a representative of the company and about the possible internship offers. The contact can be made via live chat and or video call. 

Before the event we also offer an HRBS event app and is possible to share in advance live feeds with students. Students can also make an appointment with a company by using the app in advance.

16.10 – 16.30 hrs: Networking carousel
During the virtual network carousel, you will be automatically linked to students who may be interested in your internship offer by means of labels and you can start a conversation with a student via a video call.
 

Interested in the online internship event?

• Participation is free of charge. Take into consideration that you have to provide at least one internship offer (August 2021).
• You need to have a computer/laptop with internet connection, UTP cable, with a microphone and video camera.
• We recommend that companies participate with at least two employees to be able to network with our students and answer online questions.

 

Registration:

You can register until February 28th, 2021 via the button below. We will set up your virtual booth with the information you have entered in the registration form. Information about the use of the HRBS event app and further practical information will follow later.
