Conference Fee

The conference fee is 200 € (includes the conference dinner on the first day, lunch on the second day, and coffee breaks on both days) with an early registration code. You will not be able to register without this code. If you haven't received one yet, please contact Mercedes Hauviller.

Presenters and PhD students are eligible for a reduced fee of 100 €. To receive a discount code, please contact Nóra Teller before registering.

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation during the conference. 

Dinner

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday, 18 September at 19:00 at the venue. It is included in the conference fee, but you must select the conference dinner option when registering.

Please make sure to indicate any dietary restrictions during registration—this applies even if you’re not attending the dinner, as it helps us plan for lunch and coffee breaks.
