Signal and Power Integrity Probefest & Seminar

The Probefest offers participants the opportunity to validate their SI/PI designs using measurement equipment and expertise provided by participating vendors. Examples include pre-compliance testing (USB, PCIe, Ethernet, etc.), TDR measurements, and S-parameter measurements.

To make the best possible match between designers and vendors, we aim to create collaborations where both parties can work efficiently and get the most value out of the Probefest session. A successful match depends not only on the availability of the required equipment, tooling, probes, and technical expertise, but also on having a clear mutual understanding of the intended measurements, challenges, and objectives.

For this reason, during registration we ask participants to clearly specify:

  • what they would like to measure or validate;
  • which equipment, tooling, probes, or support they expect from the vendor.

Technolution will contact you to inform you whether a suitable match has been found. Technolution reserves the right to reject registrations without further explanation.

If a suitable match is identified, Technolution will introduce both parties without requiring additional consent. From that moment onward, the designer is expected to submit a detailed measurement or validation plan to the vendor no later than two months before the event.

If sensitive or confidential information needs to be exchanged between the designer and the vendor, Technolution assumes that both parties will arrange an appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between themselves.

No later than one month before the event, Technolution expects confirmation from both parties that alignment has been reached and preparations are on track. Only after this confirmation will the participant be definitively scheduled for the Probefest day.

By registering for the Probefest, participants should take into account that:

  • they are expected to be available during the entire Probefest day until a final timeslot has been assigned;
  • all preparations should be completed in advance;
  • it is recommended to arrange a backup participant in case of unexpected absence.

Technolution acts solely as a facilitator between the participating parties and cannot be held responsible for the expectations, results, or outcomes of the Probefest sessions.

As part of the Probefest participation, participants are expected to give a short presentation (approximately 5 minutes) during the seminar on October 1st. This presentation should cover:

  • the objectives of the Probefest participation;
  • which measurements were performed;
  • the results and findings;
  • the technical lessons learned.

Thank you for offering to contribute a presentation to SI/PI 2026.

We highly appreciate your willingness to share knowledge and insights with the community. Please note that inclusion in the final program is subject to the proposed topic, technical relevance, and overall program composition. We will contact you after reviewing all submissions.
