Signal and Power Integrity Probefest & Seminar

Creating the right match
The Probefest value depends on the match between designers and vendors. Our goal is to connect designers with vendors who have the appropriate measurement equipment and expertise to help achieve their measurement objectives. Vendors get to meet potential customers and understand their needs in depth. Typical activities include:

  • Pre-compliance testing (USB, PCIe, Ethernet, and other high-speed interfaces)
  • TDR measurements
  • S-parameter measurements
  • Signal and power integrity investigations
  • Design validation and troubleshooting

Therefore, designers are asked to describe in the registration:

  • the characterization, test or validations they would like to perform and
  • the specific equipment, tooling, probes and/or technical support they expect to need.

Based on this information, Technolution will identify the most suitable vendor match.

Matching process
As soon as Technolution found a match, we will inform the participants. If a match is established, Technolution will introduce both parties and facilitate the initial contact. From that moment onward, the designer and vendor will collaborate directly to prepare the measurement session.

To ensure a productive Probefest experience, designers will provide a detailed measurement plan to the vendor no later than one month before the event.

Confidentiality
In cases where sensitive or proprietary information must be exchanged, designers and vendors are responsible for arranging any required Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) directly between themselves.

Confirmation and participation
No later than one month before the event, the vendor will confirm to Technolution that preparation has been completed so the planned session can proceed.

Only after this confirmation participation in the Probefest will be considered as final.

Participants should be available during their assigned timeslot(s) and ensure that all necessary preparations have been completed beforehand. A timeslot lasts only 3.5 hours. Participants are encouraged to arrange a backup attendee in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Sharing knowledge with the community
The Probefest should strengthen practical SI/PI knowledge within the engineering community.

Designers will deliver a short Readout presentation (max. 10 minutes) during the seminar on October 1st, sharing their technical lessons learned.

The Chatham House Rule applies to the entire event, and the Readout presentations will not be recorded or disseminated.

Disclaimer
Technolution acts solely as a facilitator between participating parties and cannot be held responsible for the experience and outcomes of individual Probefest sessions. Technolution reserves the right to decline registrations if no suitable match can be established.

Thank you for offering to contribute a presentation to SI/PI 2026.

We highly appreciate your willingness to share knowledge and insights with the community. Please note that inclusion in the final program is subject to the proposed topic, technical relevance, and overall program composition. We will contact you after reviewing all submissions.
