Welcome to the Student Project Team at Maastricht University! Our mission is to bridge the gap between students and university staff by gathering valuable feedback from the student community and providing insights to various UM departments. We believe in a collaborative approach where student voices are heard and integrated into university planning and development.

What We Do

The Student Project Team partners with different UM departments to address their questions and concerns about improving student life and services. Our main tool for this is the Student Panels, where we invite UM students to share their thoughts and experiences on a variety of topics. These panels are more than just feedback sessions—they are a platform for building a vibrant, inclusive community of students from diverse backgrounds and faculties.

How It Works

• Monthly Panels: We host panels roughly once a month, each focusing on a specific topic related to student needs and university services.
• Gathering Feedback: We rely on your input to ensure that planning is not just top-down but also incorporates bottom-up processing of information.
• Sharing Insights: The feedback gathered from the panels is compiled and sent to the respective UM departments to help them make informed decisions.
