08:00 - 08:30|Live Online Morning Meditation

Session by Aimée Coenen | Online

Do you often start your day rushed?
Waking up and scrolling through Instagram? Eating your breakfast while checking your e-mails? Well, then you might feel scattered and overloaded before the day has even started.
A morning meditation helps to start your day feeling grounded and in flow, refreshed and inspired. By taking the time to meditate in the morning, you give your mind a chance to wake up. You give your mind and yourself time to prepare, before you dive into tasks or your to-do list. And this will definitely determine the success of your day!
Let me guide you through a mindful morning mediation and experience the benefits of it yourself. Welcome!
If you join the session, make sure to be in a comfortable location where you won't get disturbed.

10:00 - 11:00|The Art of Prioritizing

Workshop by  Maria Sakarias of Clanbeat | Online

In this workshop, we will explore tools and techniques for staying on top of our priorities. The more information we have in our mind, the harder it is to decide what needs attention. Too many things to keep track of leads to stress, overwhelmedness and uncertainty. We don’t want to spend time and energy thinking about what we should be doing - but rather have more headspace and focus for what we are actually doing at each moment. Join this workshop to learn to manage your time and get things done!

As always in workshops by Clanbeat, we’ll also introduce a student-led platform where we can support each other in developing our new habits.

13:30 - 14:30|How Mindfulness Can Help You Focus

Workshop by Aimée Coenen | Online

Mindfulness is all about being fully present in the moment. It’s about paying attention to the present moment in an accepting, nonjudgmental way. It’s a simple practice available to all!
By simply coming back to the present moment over and over again, we can train ourselves to become more focused. Most of the time, our minds are wandering, into memories, fantasies, thoughts of the day.. Meditation brings us back to the present moment, and gives us the tools we need to be less stressed, calmer and more focused!
So let me take you on a mindfulness journey and experience the magic of it yourself.

15:00 - 17:00|Introduction to Systemic Work and Constellations as a Tool for Reflection

Workshop by Gerard Bekker | Online

Systemic work is a practical way to gain insight in yourself and the way elements in a system influence each other. By making a constellation of these elements you can observe and experience the interaction between them and the patterns that occur. This makes it possible to gain insight in your own behavioural patterns and create the space for growth.
Practical:
In this workshop you will learn the principles of systemic work by making your own constellation with the theme of your study as a goal you want to achieve. The motivation of your choices, possible obstacles and things that will help you overcome these obstacles. I will give a demonstration with one volunteer  using an online programme for constellations. Afterwards everyone will make their own constellation on their table/desk using household items in front of you. I will guide you through every step. Afterwards we will reflect in small groups. At the end of the workshop you will have gained insight about your own process and you will have learned the basics of systemic work to possibly use it as a tool for reflection.

15:00 - 16:30|Unfuck Yourself - Outdoors Edition

Outdoors session by Bart Scholtissen|Sint-Pietersberg parking

In these crazy times we are challenged to let go of old limiting believes more than ever, we need to realize that our system is adaptive and very capable of living a long and happy life. It’s time we let go of old dogmas that have been holding us back from living our full potential. It’s time we get reconnected with ourselves, each other, and the world we live in again! This way we can create balance and overcome most sickness and disease. The steps we can take to go on this journey are relatively simple.
Living in the present moment, letting go of attachment, being grateful, being vulnerable, breathing better, and overall reconnecting with nature are all ways to get back to your true nature. And by doing this we are all able to live a more happy, healthy, and strong life.
During this exclusive one-on-one session I will take you along on an important part of the journey I have travelled over the last few years after leaving the academic world due to a major burnout. I’ll share the lessons I’ve learned, and hope to inspire you to be more you!

Looking forward to meeting you offline!
Note: we offer 1 exclusive one-on-one session outdoors, adhering to the corona regulations. Only sign up if you are sure you can make it! You and Bart meet up at the Sint-Pietersberg parking lot, in front of Chalet Bergrust. Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather conditions!
