Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy can be applied due to unforeseeable circumstances and personal reasons. In this case, you need to state the reasons for the cancellation, and this can be considered with a full refund by the committee, if the request is made before 31 May, 2026. Only 50% refund can be applied after 1 June, till the start of the program. For those we may need to acquire a visa, please take into account the processing time and make the visa application in time
