What is this about?

Ever wondered what it's really like to be in the shoes of our users? Now is your chance to find out.

In this hands-on UX activity, we'll dive into the world of our event organisers and experience their journey by going through realistic scenarios. This session is designed to be thoughtful, interactive, and insightful, giving us the opportunity to step outside our internal mindset and see things through our users' eyes.

Get ready to think like a user, feel like a user, and yes, maybe even stress like a user... all in the name of creating better experiences!

By walking through their journey, we aim to: 

build empathy ,  gain fresh perspectives , better understand their challenges.

What to expect?

Kickoff & Context

We'll start with a brief introduction and get in the mindset. If you want, you can already start thinking about a new name for yourself... like "Olga Nicer" (thanks Michiel!).

Activity

The activity will take the longest of our time during the session. This activity is only in-person, so if you cannot be there for any reason, please give a heads up to Lila or Mathijs.

Group Reflection & Follow-up

If there is some time, we will have a brief reflection at the end of the session. However, each session will have a separate follow-up meeting (online) to share insights.

Time Commitment

Be prepared to be here for 2 hours. It might seem long, but it goes super quick!
