Being more aware of your breath and how it responds to stressful situations is of great benefit when trying to reach equilibrium again. There are also countless exercises that train you to be able to regulate your breathing in order to help your body be more resilient. In this workshop we are going to do some breathwork to get familiar with some of it’s benefits.

"Whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger." This is the essence of anti-fragility. Many of us know that muscle grows when it first takes some damage. This holds in other areas of life as well. By actively seeking out the edge of our comfort zone (safely!), our comfort zone grows. We will then be able to deal with more hardships, which will eventually come. In this interactive lecture, we will explore the champion mindset. We will see how pro-actively seeking out what we are afraid of makes us stronger and more courageous, despite still experiencing fear and anxiety.

Are you writing your thesis, and do you feel stressed or anxious? Do you have trouble with starting or motivating yourself to write? Are you procrastinating? This could all be the result of your limiting beliefs. This mindfulness workshop is for anyone who is interested in exploring their core limiting beliefs in order to change their (unwanted) subconscious actions. In this session, I will provide you with some (mindfulness) tools which will help you get started with releasing your limiting beliefs through a guided visualisation. We will discuss general core limiting beliefs so that you are able to explore working with them and not against them.

An experience based workshop on harvesting resilience by connecting to the resources you, your family and your ancestors have acquired in your family line.
By living and dealing with hardship, we develop strategies that help us overcome the burdens that are too big or heavy to process. When unaware, these strategies can become dynamics that block the flow of life, love and creativity for the sake of 'surviving'. When made aware, we can harvest both the acquired skills that have been learned and improve your flow.
Using systemic exercises you will experience your own resources that will boost your resilience.
