So often we need to know, pitch in 20s, express what we think, feel and act on it. With Wonderspace I ask you to step away from the logical, from what ‘ought to be’ and experience what is. Embrace the unknown, engage your senses and wonder. Wonderspace is an interactive exposition, where you can walk, experience and reflect. Take as much time as you need. Just postpone the knowing and explore and sense what happens.
Walking through different installations you see things in a different light, and might act in a different way. You go through this experience alone and can take as much time as you need. Afterwards we meet, have a cup of tea/coffee and you can share your experiences, thoughts and feelings and find meaning together.
See you between 10 – 15hrs (most of the participants take between 30 mins – 1 hr to walk through it and have a conversation afterwards).

Creating life with courage: managing our fears

After this workshop you'll walk away with more courage and tools to manage your fears. Each of us is born courageous. When we're kids we climb trees without fear of falling, try new things without fear of failing, speak our truth without fear of getting judged, and love without fear of getting hurt. Through some of the lesson we learn while growing up, many of us learn to let go of this courage and give fear the upperhand. This starts to affect our mental health, feelings, and the decisions we make. Creating our life from fear is not something wrong but it does give you a totally different life experience then creating from courage. During this workshop, you'll learn more about where fear comes from, why FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real, and you'll learn practical tools to manage your fears and turn them into courage.

Does your mind need a break? Do you find meditation difficult? Do you want to relax and at the same time train your brain?
Join the Knitwits!
We are hosting a get-together around the beautiful craft of knitting. We will teach you the basics: how to hold the needles and thread and how to start a project. Everyone can learn these skills. You will find that knitting can relieve stress and tension. There is no pressure. You don’t have to be creative. One moment you will see a soft thread going through your fingers. The next moment you will have a sock or a scarf in your hands. Immense gratification.
Power Yoga

Power yoga is a vigorous and fitness-based style of yoga that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and stamina. It is derived from the traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga but differs in its approach by being less rigid and more adaptable to individual preferences. Power yoga often incorporates elements of cardio and strength training, making it an intense and dynamic workout.
If you’re looking for an active yoga practice rather than a purely meditative one, this is the best way to start your weekend!
City Running Tour

Combine your workout with sightseeing on this running tour of Maastricht. The pace is adjusted to suit everyone and there are plenty of stops for explanations and anecdotes.
Warm-up + 60 minutes easy running by Raoul Spronken. He is the owner of Maastricht Running Tours, an organisation that he set up 12 years ago. Raoul does city and trail tours for tourists, expats and companies.
Come in your running outfit. Raoul has a small backpack for your keys and mobile phone.
Box it
Time: 18h00 - 19h00
Where: UM Sports, P. Debyplein 15 - Exercise Studio
Box-it is an explosive training, focused on strengthening your muscles and improving your fitness level. During this training you use a kickbag, enabling you to train with resistance. By learning various boxing and kicking techniques using the kickbag, accompanied by stimulating beats, you create an intense workout. You won’t work with a sparring partner, only the kickbag.
Equipment and boxing gloves are provided by UM SPORTS, but make sure you arrive on time so you have enough time to set up.
Zumba
