Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for an extended period, usually around 3-5 minutes or even longer. The focus is on targeting the deeper connective tissues and joints, aiming to increase flexibility and promote relaxation. But Yin Yoga isn't just about physical postures – it's an introspective journey. As you sink into each pose, you'll learn to observe your thoughts and sensations without judgment. This can be a powerful tool for managing the challenges that come with university life.

Yoga Nidra, also know as 'yogic sleep,' is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation and conscious awareness. You lay down in a comfortable position and follow my voice, gradually moving your attention through different parts of the body and entering a state between wakefulness and sleep. The goal of Yoga Nidra is to achieve a profound level of relaxation, reduce stress, and even tap into the subconscious mind.
