Name: Ha Hoang

Company:  Crocs
City:  Hoofddorp

What did you learn from your internship?

My internship was in Digital Marketing Department, where you will indirectly communicate with customers through sit. What I have done is manage and merchandise products on sale, where you put yourself as a customer of Crocs and expect what you want to see and experience from Croc site. As an onsite merchandising specialist, you also need to analyze Crocs's competitors to create and develop different promotion activities like Croctober (Anniversary of Crocs), or BFCW (Black Friday + Cyber Week). At Crocs,

I have learned a lot from cultural diversity to work experience. Here everyone will listen to your opinions and give you sincere feedback. Finally, you will never regret working here as Crocs will always give you the best motivation to enjoy your work life.
