Code of Behaviour and Complaints
If a participant is not satisfied about the quality of learning at an EAZA Academy Course, a complaint may be made in line with the Academy Complaint Process.
Participants, tutors and Executive Office Staff are expected to follow the EAZA Code of Behaviour. If any participant to a course has experienced inappropriate behaviour during the course, they are encouraged to follow the complaint process outlined in the Code.
