Your host - Bristol Zoological Society
Bristol Zoological Society owns two sites, Bristol Zoo Gardens (BZG), Clifton (BS8 3HA) and Bristol Zoo Project (BZP), Cribbs Causeway (BS10 7TP). Bristol Zoo Gardens closed to the public in September 2022, however some animals and teaching spaces remain there until they move to the new site fully in 2026. Bristol Zoo Project is the new name for Bristol Zoological Society's newer site and future home, as it was originally named Wild Place Project when it opened in 2013.
For this course, we will be located across both sites at both BZG (Day 1) and BZP (Days 2 & 3).
Day 1: Workshop at BZG
For BZG, we would ask you to come to Guthrie Road and enter via the Conservation Education Centre doors (https://w3w.co/funny.fear.dream).
Days 2 & 3: Workshop at BZP
Bristol Zoo Project, could you please come to the main Zoo entrance, Blackhorse Hill, Bristol, BS10 7TP, (https://w3w.co/sprint.wiring.sock). You can find directions, including how to reach BZP by car or public transport, by visiting the BZP Find us webpage. Check out the fantastic BZP Bear Wood event space! Nestled in the ancient woodland at the heart of Bristol Zoo Project, this purpose-built, flexible event space has windows directly into the wolf habitat. The wolves may even choose to come and see what the workshop is about!
