Discover Mind-Walk

Do you find it hard to truly relax? Is your mind often overflowing, and you’re not sure how to unwind? Then Mind-Walk might be just what you need.

Mind-Walk is a meditative walk in nature, combined with elements of yoga, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises. During this series, trainer Nadine will guide you outdoors – in any kind of weather – for calming walks of about 5 to 6 kilometers each session. In a supportive group setting, you’ll learn how to let go of tension, deepen your breathing, and become more present in the moment.
