Present your research at the GROW Science Days 2026!

We invite you to present your research on our upcoming GROW Science Days, June 3rd & 4th! On June 3rd in the afternoon, each of our divisions will have a dedicated session (Oncology / Reproduction). During this session, five poster submitters will be selected to give an oral presentation. 

On June 4th the Poster Sessions will take place. Any GROW researcher is welcome to present their research, meaning you will get the chance to present your poster in person to everyone joining our Science Day. The Poster Sessions will take place in two groups. Your poster will be evaluated by the GROW Young Investigators. Two prizes of €400 will be awarded: one for the best Oncology Poster and one for the best Reproduction Poster.

We will reveal the winners of the poster sessions at the end of the Science Day. So keep in mind, it’s important you’re present for the Poster Sessions as well as the announcement of the winners. If you really can’t attend, it’s possible to let someone else present the poster (without the possibility to win).

Practical

• Registration for the Science Day is mandatory.
• Please submit your abstract to the registration website by May 13th, 23:59h at the latest.
• On May 26th the selected orals (additional to the poster presentation) will get an invitation from the GROW Office.
• To be considered for a selected abstract talk a short statement by your supervisor is needed confirming that your research has progressed sufficiently to present data.
• Please note that there's limited space this year, so we might have to reject submissions.
• Please use the poster template for your poster (in portrait mode, only mode available).
• Don’t forget to print (A0 format) and bring your poster June 4th. You will receive a number from the GROW office for your poster board.
