Note to presenters

Presentations
In general, presenters have 20 minutes for their presentations and a period of 5 minutes is allowed for questions and discussion at the end of their presentation.
Presenters are asked to send by e-mail a copy of their slides to VoorburgGroup2026@cbs.nl by September 13, 2026.

Recommendations

• We strongly recommend that you submit a Microsoft PowerPoint version of your presentation. If planning to use any other software, please check with us first.
• We also ask that you avoid any PowerPoint animation.
• Please use at least 18-point font that can easily be read and that is part of the standard Microsoft suite of fonts.
• In order to fully fill the screen, please use the PowerPoint 16:9 format for your presentation.

Proceedings manuscripts
Please send your manuscript to VoorburgGroup2026@cbs.nl before September 06, 2026.
We strongly encourage you to use Microsoft Word for your manuscript. If planning to use any other software, please check with us first. A Style Guide for Manuscripts is available here.
