Registration procedures

Participants can now register using the online registration form that can be accessed by clicking here. 

The registration fee covers the following:

• Conference attendance
• Break refreshments and lunch
• Gala Dinner (add-on)
• Registration program and list of participants

Registration deadline
The registration deadline for in-person meeting is July 19, 2026. A two week extension can be granted if requested in writing by July 19, 2026.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made via the registration portal until August 02, 2026, in which case you will receive a full refund. After that date, no refunds will be made, but substitutions will be permitted. Please advise the registrar in advance of substitutions. However, if you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of conference participants.
