Thank you for confirming your in-person attendance at the TENET Conference on June 18 and 19 at the Stayokay hostel in Maastricht. Together with you, we look forward to making this year's edition another successful and insightful event.

The conference will take place at the Stayokay hostel in Maastricht. Please note that lunch will be provided by Stayokay on both June 18 and 19. The cost for lunch is €15 per day (€30 in total). These costs are not covered by the conference grant but are covered by your personal EU-TENET COST grant.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to complete this registration form and pay the total amount of €30 prior to the event.
