How to reach the venue:


The campus is located in the north-west side of Rome and it includes the Policlinico (the Hospital itself) and the University. For the INDICATE consortium meeting, please use the University Entrance to find your way to the conference room - Room 202, School of Economics.

Reaching the venue by Public transport

From Fiumicino airport

Option 1: 

• Take the Leonardo Express (Airport Express train) from Fiumicino Airport to TERMINI (cost 14€, trains each 15minutes, 32min duration). 
• In TERMINI take Metro A Direction Battistini until metro stop VALLE AURELIA (1.50€)
• In VALLE AURELIA take city train FLR3 Direction Cesano/Viterbo until stop GEMELLI (included in metro ticket).
• The Gemelli Train Station is 450mt from the Gemelli Hospital entrance (6min walking)

Option 2: 

• Take the Train FR1 train line  from Fiumicino Airport (Direction «Settebagni» / «Poggio Mirteto») until «TRASTEVERE» stop (26 min – 7 stops). 
• In TRASTEVERE Stop take city train FLR3 Direction Cesano/Viterbo until stop GEMELLI (18 min – 6 stops).
• Tickets: around 8€ (https://www.trenitalia.com/  or at the station)
• The Gemelli Train Station is 450mt from the Gemelli Hospital entrance (6min walking)

Option 3: 

• Taxi located outside the airport Terminal 
• Private Driver with Van info@auriga.it (Giuseppe Valentini +39 335246908)

From Ciampino airport

• 520 bus line («Cinecittà » destination) until CINECITTA’ Metro Station.
• Take Metro A Direction Battistini, up to until metro stop VALLE AURELIA (1.50€)
• In VALLE AURELIA take city train FLR3 Direction Cesano/Viterbo until stop GEMELLI (included in metro ticket).3
• Taxi located outside the airport Terminal

The Gemelli Train Station is 450mt from the Gemelli Hospital entrance (6min walking). Alternatively, several private buses are running from Ciampino Airport to TERMINI STATION.

• From Fiumicino airport (28 – 55 min*), maximum 70€
• From Ciampino airport (35min – 1h10min*) around 40€
