Admission Fee

We understand that you’re curious about our admission fee. For EUSM2026, we were able to establish three types of tickets. The prices below cover all meals, drinks, accommodation, fun activities, and transportation - basically, we’re all-inclusive. Many of our sponsors will make their decisions in the beginning of 2026 regarding their support for our event. Depending on the outcome, the admission fee may be reduced.

Regular tickets - € 1.135,00 (including VAT)
All participants are welcome to apply for these tickets. The fee includes all meals, drinks, accommodation, social activities, and transportation during the school. A total of 48 regular tickets are available.

Inclusice access tickets - € 800,00 (including VAT)
To promote equitable access to the school and to support broader participation from across Europe, reduced fees are offered to applicants originating from Widening Countries, as defined by the European Commission within the Horizon Europe framework (“Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence”). We have 5 tickets available. 

Discount tickets - € 895,00 (including VAT)
These tickets do not include accommodation. However, all other benefits of the school remain the same :) We have 10 discount tickets available.
