Co-creating our didactic values, methods and tools

 

The Education Day offers lecturers, educational experts and students interdisciplinairy encounters and knowledge sharing in light of the theme 'Learning as a Community'. The day is hosted by multiple groups within the broader UvA community.

The programme offers you interdisciplinary live encounters and knowledge sharing across the university. You start the program with a walk-in lunch where you meet colleagues and educational experts from various faculties. Get inspired by a keynote of Kellermann and engage in conversation about various topics in one of the Community Cafés. Join one of the workshops conducted by colleagues from all faculties. Before the day concludes with informal drinks, the Central Student Council and ASVA Student Union announce the UvA Lecturer of the Year 2022.

The Education Day will take place on Thursday 6 October 2022 at 11.30-17.30h. The day starts at the Singelkerk, followed by Community Cafés and workshops at the University Library. Dr Mariska Knol is your guide throughout the day and multiple groups from within the University of Amsterdam host community cafés and workshops.
