Eligibility for Participation

To participate in the Student Panel, you must be enrolled at Maastricht University at the time of the session.

Voucher Eligibility

To qualify for the voucher, you must be enrolled at Maastricht University at the time of the session and actively participate in the panel.

Code of Conduct 

The student panels held by the SPT aim to be an inclusive space. Therefore, all discrimination and transgressive behaviour is prohibited. If a participant is discriminating against another individual or violating the boundaries of another individual, the SPT reserves the right to remove the aggressor from the panel and to withdraw the voucher given for participation. The SPT has the right to ban a person from attending panels for a given time or permanently if they do not act in accordance with the community guidelines listed on the website. Furthermore, all participants must also act in accordance with the code of conduct given by Maastricht University.  

Accessibility at the SPT 

The SPT aims to be an inclusive space for all students to voice their feedback via student panels, surveys and other tools. We aim to hold our panel sessions in wheelchair, limited mobility and other disability friendly settings. We inform about any accessibility barriers in the registration form of each panel as well as on our social media. If you have any physical or phycological need that should be met for you to comfortably attend our sessions, feel free to email us at studentprojectteam@maastrichtuniversity.nl if you have any requests or want clarification about the accessibility of a certain event. A first aid responder and a social safety person are present at any SPT event.
