X!LEAD Innovation Programme
Do you have what it takes to accelerate innovation? To think outside the box? Impact sustainable innovation? Are you ready to pursue your ambitions?
If you’re up for a challenge, this traineeship is for you!
Your professional and personal development is intertwined during the X!LEAD innovation programme. Over the course of 1.5 years, you will rotate on three strategic projects of six months at a fast-growing start-up and two corporates in different industries. In addition, you will further develop your skillset with our tailor-made personal development programme.
The fourth edition of X!LEAD starts in March 2023, and the application process will open in November.
