There are times everyone feels shy or insecure. You go to a party where you don't know anyone, you have to give a presentation or ask your supervisor a question. But how do you start a conversation with strangers of put up boundaries without coming across as too aggressive? This training provides hands-on techniques how to stand up for yourself in a positive and constructive way. You will learn to express yourself in the right way and gain more confidence in social contact.
