With the recent news about femicide, street harassment, and rape in the Netherlands, many of us are reflecting on what safety means — and how it shapes the way we move through public spaces. Maybe you’ve felt unsafe or watched a friend feel unsafe. Or maybe you’ve become more aware of how your presence can affect others on the street, even when you mean no harm.
This evening provides a space to talk about those experiences — how they impact us all, and how we can respond, together.
