Event fee

The registration fee covers the cost of coffee breaks, lunches on both Thursday and Friday, as well as dinner on Thursday evening. 

There is a small amount of financial assistance available.  Please contact samara.jones@housingfirsteurope.eu should you have any questions. 

All participants who are entitled either to a fee waiver or reduced fee, please make sure you have the code to use before paying. If you know you should have a code but have not got one, please contact mercedes.hauviller@feantsa.org

Accommodation

Each participant is responsible for arranging their own accommodation during the event. A list of nearby options will be shared shortly.

Dinner on Thursday, 29 October is included in the event fee, but you must book it through the registration form. Please remember to indicate any dietary restrictions when registering (this is important not only for the dinner but also for lunches and coffee breaks).

Venue: 

The main venue for the conference on 29–30 October will be Maassilo, one of Rotterdam’s most distinctive event spaces.

A former grain silo on the Maashaven, Maassilo combines striking industrial architecture, flexible open spaces and easy access by metro and tram, making it an ideal setting for both conference sessions and informal networking.
