Discover how small changes can make a lasting impact, learn practical ways to cope with stress, and create space for personal growth. Together, we will work on healthy habits, greater self-awareness, and a positive mindset. Everyone is welcome – participation is free, but registration is required.

Workshop 1 Create Healthy and Lasting Habits

This workshop is about habit formation and motivation. We will talk about the power of daily routines, how small steps lead to big changes, and different forms or motivation. I will guide participants through exercises that help them build lasting routines.
Workshop 2 How to Become More Mindful

This workshop focuses on mindfulness and awareness. I will explain both concepts and guide participant through exercises that help them become more present. They will practice various mindfulness techniques, and we will discuss how to integrate them into daily life.
Workshop 3 How to Become More Resilient in Times of Stress

This workshop is about dealing with stress and building resilience. We will talk about different forms of stress, and I will show and guide participants through regulations tools. The concept of resilience will also be explained.
Workshop 4 Growing Through Challenges

In this workshop, participants will learn how challenges shape us and the role mindset plays in adversity. I will teach about resilience and guide participants through exercises for nervous system regulation.
Workshop 5 Create your Intention and Moodboard
Date: Tuesday 10 November 2026

In this creative workshop, participants will create their own Intention and Mood Board. They will receive a blank sheet of paper, newspapers, scissors, and glue, and they can design their own board by choosing words of pictures that speaks to them, align with what they have achieved
