FASoS, together with Studio Europa Maastricht, invites you to the Europe Speech by Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Tom Berendsen on Wednesday 26 August.

This free event offers a unique opportunity to hear the Minister reflect on the future of the European Union in light of a changing geopolitical landscape. He will discuss EU enlargement, the emergence of a "new EU" – a stronger and more decisive Union – and how the accession process can become more accessible.

The event is especially intended for students, but is also open to the public. As seats are limited, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. You can find more information about the event and register here. The speech will be in English. 

Following the speech, the Minister will join a conversation with UM Europe Chair Hylke Dijkstra and answer questions from the audience. We hope many of you will take this opportunity to join the discussion.
