Please enter the University Leiden, Faculty of Science, via the main entrance of the Gorlaeusbuilding at Einsteinweg 55, Leiden.

Follow the BMD-2025 route cards; take the stairs from the ground floor to 1st floor; here you will find the BMD-2025 registration desk, just in front of the Conference room CM 1.26.

Posters and Sponsor stands are located in the ATRIUM DM1, lunch + coffee breaks, drinks + dinner will be served in the ATRIUM EM1.

Room 1.09 along the corridor on the right hand side can be used for extra luggage, jackets, poster tubes, however this room will be open and not supervised constantly!

Parking
In case you come by car, please park in the Ehrenfest parking garage, Ehrenfestweg, entrance via Emmy Noetherweg (current costs € 2.15 per hour) and walk to the main entrance of the Faculty of Science.

Need to send a package, poster tube or banner?
