BioSB PhD retreat 2025

YoungCB is organizing the BioSB PhD retreat 2025 in the afternoon and evening of May 19 (preceding the BioSB conference).

YoungCB (ISCB Regional Student Group Netherlands) is excited to announce the annual BioSB PhD retreat! Open to all PhD's, master students and young scientists in the field of bioinformatics and systems biology. 

The Green IT workshop is organized in collaboration with ‘The Green Labs’ of the Princess Maxima Center. Green Labs is working on creating awareness and impact towards more sustainable research. This session at the PhD retreat will focus on green computing! 

During the panel discussion we can exchange views with experienced scientists from the BioSB scientific field such as Emma Shymanski (University of Luxembourg, Keynote speaker), Jessica Singh (the HYVE) and Andrew Stubbs (Erasmus MC).
