Oral presentation

For parallel sessions, the presentation slot will be 17 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.

For keynote lectures, the total presentation time will be 45 minutes, which includes Q&A.

Upload your slides

It is very much appreciate to already receive your presentation before the start of the conference! Please upload it via this link

If you see no way to upload your presentation prior to the conference, then you can upload your slide presentation on the laptop in the meeting room at the latest in the coffee or lunch break preceding your session! Assistants will be available to help you with the upload where needed.

Not preferred, but you could also use your own laptop for your presentation (please test during the break). If you have an Apple laptop, please don't forget to bring a VGA adaptor, these are not available at the conference center.

Poster presentation

Poster display

During the two conference days, the posters will be displayed in the Legioen hall. The poster sessions are scheduled on 20 May in the late afternoon, from 17:30 - 19:30.

Poster setup and pickup times

Poster setup: Tuesday 20 May, during first coffee break

Poster pickup: Wednesday 21 May, 16:30-17:00h

Poster number

A poster number is assigned to your poster and can be found on the poster lists that will be available on paper during the conference and will be indicated on your conference badge. The poster list is of course also available in the Book of Abstracts.
