As a PhD Candidate you are more than welcome to submit an abstract (project proposal, preliminary data, research data, etc.).
Deadline submission abstract is 12 December 2025.
From that, some candidates are invited to present their abstract. If you still want to send in an abstract after the deadline, it is still possible but only to present it through a poster.
