We kindly invite all PhD Candidates to submit an abstract.
Participants with an abstract will receive a certificate with 1 ECTS point.

Maximum words: 300.

Deadline submission abstract: 12/12/2025, after that date it is still possible to send in an abstract but only to present a poster. All abstracts may be send to: euronphddays@gmail.com

 

Some candidates will be invited to present their abstracts during one of the parallel sessions or during the fire presentations. This is the opportunity for PhD candidates to present in international audience. Students will be informed in time so they have the time to prepare their presentation.

 

Poster requirements:
A0 sizing (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait.

Deadline submission abstract for Poster: 15/01/2026 (the poster itself, you can bring with you on the 29th of January)

 

Picture contest requirements:
A4 (210 X 297 mm) or A3 (297 X 420 mm) sizing in portrait or landscape. Please provide picture information: Title, Author(s), Date, 2 sentences of explanation.
