Register

We are excited to invite you to register for our upcoming four-day all-inclusive conference. This event will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and much more. With an all-inclusive package, your registration fee will cover your all meals, conference access and participation in the social program for all the days of the conference.

 

*participants that have become an Orca Member before April 1st will be eligible for a discount on the registration fee. 
 

Registration fee options

Ticket selection required, however there are no tickets available. Please contact the organiser.

By completing your registration you agree to our cancellation policy: 

  • Cancellations requested until March 31st : Full refund after deduction of the administration fee (€ 50)
  • Cancellations requested between April 1st – May 31st: 50 % refund after deduction of the administration fee (€ 50)
  • Cancellation requested after June, 1st: no refund

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact conference@uva.nl

In case of serious problems related to the international pandemic scenario restrictions, the registration fee will be fully refunded, after deduction of the administration fee (€50)
