In a small country like The Netherlands, the next town over is never far away. If you'd like to explore outside of Egmond's borders, charming villages like Bergen or Petten are closeby. But also bigger cities such as  Alkmaar, Haarlem or Amsterdam can all easily be reached by public transport in under 90 minutes.
