Preliminary Social Program

Welcome to the conference social program! We are excited to offer a variety of events for attendees to enjoy and socialize during the conference.

Wednesday 5th of July
Welcome reception at Hotel Zuiderduin.

On the first evening, we will be hosting a welcome reception in the conference venue. This will be a great opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow attendees and conference organizers. We will have a variety of refreshments and light snacks available.

Thursday 6th of July
Walking dinner and beach party at De Nautilus

On the second evening, we will be hosting a walking diner at the beach. This will be a unique opportunity to experience a beautiful sunset while enjoying a delicious meal. The walking dinner will take place at beach club De Nautilus, where attendees can relax and chat while savoring the local cuisine.

 

Friday 7th of July
Gala dinner at Hotel Zuiderduin 

On the third evening, we will be hosting a gala dinner. This will be a formal event, with a three-course meal and live entertainment. The gala diner will be a great opportunity to dress up and celebrate the end of the conference in style.
