This is the registration page of QDiamond26, to be held at the Oud-Poelgeest Estate from 14-18 June 2026. If you received an invitation email to attend the conference, please register here.

This registration fee will cover 4 nights accommodation with breakfast (for invited speakers), coffee breaks, lunches, one conference dinner, and a tour of the castle on the Estate.

This registration fee will cover:

Participation at all sessions
Lodging and breakfast for invited speakers for the duration of the conference, with arrival on Sunday June 14 and departure on Thursday June 18, 2026
A drink and snack on Monday afternoon
A dinner on Monday evening
Every day a lunch (Monday-Thursday)
In the morning and afternoon a coffee break

Catering

At Het Koetshuis is a restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served. For organisational reasons, the restaurant would like to know (preferably one week) in advance if you will have dinner on the days other than the conference dinner. If so, please inform us.

Photography/Videography

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the conference. These can be used by the organizing committee and organizing parties for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

Privacy statement

We will use the data you provide (your name, organization, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a preliminary picture of the participants that registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before 11 December 2025 will receive a full refund less € 50,- administration fee.

Cancellations made between 12 December 2025 and 14 May 2026 will receive a 50% refund less € 50,- administration fee
No refunds are granted after 15 May 2026 (in extraordinary cases the organisation will look into the request and decide on a possible compensation)
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
