Frequently asked questions

We have put together some frequently asked questions which have been raised in the past couple of weeks. We hope to answer all your questions down below and give you additional information.

Registration & bookings:

•  How can I register myself for this event?

Please go to this page. Attending the event is free of charge. There is only a fee (€ 250) for participating in the Product Identification Training.

• How to book a market stand for the Product Identification training & what are the costs?

The Product Identification Training on Friday for officials is in a 'Market Stand Format'. This means you can book a market stand, which you can easily do by registering and choose 'yes' in the last questions within the registration form. If you reserve your market stand through the registration form, in any case one market per company stand will be assigned! Costs for a market stand are € 250.

FYA: Don't worry if you added 'yes book a market stand' for the whole team or just for one person of the team in the registration(s). It doesn't matter whenever you choose the option 'reserve a market stand' for multiple persons from your team or only one, because we will automatically assign only one stand per company.

If registering or booking a market stand by any chance is not possible for you or whenever you want to request more stands for your company (please note that this is only upon request by e-mail due to limited spaces) please send us an email to HQ@react.org with the subject "Market stand AGM 2023".

 

• How do I pay for the market stand for this training?

We will make sure that all members who are participating in the training will get an invoice after the event for booking a market stand. The invoicing process will be just like any other training, so the costs for participating in this event will be shown on the (regular) monthly invoice.

• Do I receive conformation after my registration? 

Yes.
After filling in the registration form, you will receive a conformation mail to the given adress in the form. This conformation mail will be sent from React/Aanmelder (noreply@aanmelder.nl) React AGM 2023: You have been registered. 

•  I have not received any conformation after filling in the registration form? 

If this happens, please contact us directly by emailing us to HQ@react.org with the subject: "Registration form AGM 2023". We will check this for you and make sure your registration will be confirmed.

• Where do I send my materials for the training?

You can send this to our office in Amsterdam. However, please do attach your company name and contact person to the materials so we clearly know from who the packages are. We will make sure that these materials will be at the event before it starts on Thursday!

• How can I book a consultation session?

This can be done by the website for the event, click here. Then please go to: Consultation sessions bookingspage. You can now fill in your personal information, with whom you would like to have a consultation session and at what time they are still available. You are allowed to book multiple sessions. For booking a consultation session you will also receive a conformation mail in your inbox. It is still possible to reschedule or cancel the booking by following the steps given in the conformation email.

Practical matters:

• I want to bring my samples and materials for the training to the venue myself, is this possible?

Westerpark, where the venue is located, is a car free zone. During Thursday 20th and Friday 21st of April you are welcome to drop off any materials you have for the training.

Email asap the day and estimated time you will arrive at the park and your number plate of the car! We will hand over the list to the park manager.
Please note we need to hand over this list 7 days before the event, after 13th of April there is no possibility anymore!

• Where do I park my car?

It is also possible to park in the streets surrounding this area the parking costs are €6,00 per hour between 9am and 12pm. 

It is not possible to park in the park (only loading and unloading)

• Are there any hotel recommendations?

• Until what time is the event on the 20th of April? 

After dinner there will be drinks for everyone to enjoy at the bar. The venue closes at midnight.
