determine a starting point for entering the labour market; and
present yourself with your professional qualities to others in a short conversation and a written personal summary.

13:30 - 15:30 | What do I need to feel better?

Learn to observe and connect with your feelings and needs. Enabling you to make decisions for yourself, or requests to others, to honor your authentic self and get your needs met.
We will do this with the help of the 4-step model of nonviolent communication, some embodied exercises and roleplay. Practicing on the different levels of connection starting with yourself in your own space, connecting with the group from your individual space, giving and receiving empathy in a dyad and the shared experience of practicing assertive self-care in group form using role play exercise.
14:00 - 15:45 | Conscious closeness: the relationship between sex, intimacy and consent

In this workshop we will discuss sex as one of the ways we relate within the domain of intimacy. We will talk about sexual scripts, creating an intimate or sexual space, bringing up safer sex and consent. There will be some optional exercises to practise ways of starting tough conversations and creating great shared moments.
The workshop will be given by Leonie der Kinderen, who is a dramatherapist.

15:00 - 16:30 | Digital Detox Walk

During this workshop we are actually going to practice digital detoxing while going out for a walk. During the walk we will engage in exercises to create awareness for your digital media use and will give you some ticks and tips on how to responsibly deal with digital media in your everyday life.
Since we are planning to go outside, please make sure to dress weather appropriate e.g. appropriate footwear, a (rain-)coat and bring an umbrella in case it starts to rain. We will start the walk at the library where we will lock your stuff (phone and laptop etc.) in a safe place, so that you can really experience a digital detox during our walk.

After some turbulent times, it is valuable to reflect on our own health and well-being. We will tackle questions such as: Which elements influence health? What is most important to you in life regarding your health and well-being? Thereafter, a translation will be made into practice: how can we as professionals contribute to the resilience and personal and professional development of our students? This training will introduce the basic principles of Positive Health and how to apply these principles in your work with students. The sessions consist of theory, self-reflection and practical exercises.
After following this workshop, you are able to:
- Take a broader look at your own health and wellbeing and of the student
- Gain insight into the student’s resilience
- Take on a coaching role when talking with students about resilience and positive health
- Guide students to further develop their resilience and health
- Guide students how to take control in dealing with the physical, emotional and social challenges in life

We are hosting a get-together around the beautiful craft of knitting. We will teach you the basics: how to hold the needles and thread and how to start a project. Everyone can learn these skills. You will find that knitting can relieve stress and tension. There is no pressure. You don’t have to be creative. One moment you will see a soft thread going through your fingers. The next moment you will have a sock or a scarf in your hands. Immense gratification.
