Wellbeing Week is a time to focus on self-care and holistic wellbeing. Our goal is to provide you with valuable resources, expert guidance, and a supportive community to help you navigate the small and bigger challenges.
We're offering
- Inspiring Workshops: led by experienced professionals, covering topics such as self-compassion, core values, making new friends and dealing with negative thoughts.
- Moments to get creative: Creative activities such as painting, crafting, crocheting or creating a bracelet help you calm your mind and connect to our community.
- Relaxing sessions: During one of our sessions focused on relaxation, you get to practice yoga, experience the calming effect of acupuncture, clear your mind whilst building Lego.
- Health-related events: Learn more about positive health in our short one-on-one sessions zooming in on how you're actually doing.
- Moving your body: Wellbeing also includes being active and trying a new sport activity at UM Sports might be just what you need. Dance it out during the Zumba class, try playing badminton, or how about a kickboxing session?
