How are you doing?

In this 1-on-1 session with a coach, you will gain insight into your overall wellbeing using the positive health spiderweb. Health is more than just the absence of illness—it includes your physical, mental and social wellbeing. You will reflect on different aspects of your life and check in with yourself on how you are really doing.

By the end of the session, you will have taken at least one step toward improving your wellbeing in a way that matters to you.

 

 

 

 

 

Yin Yoga Nidra session

Time to relax

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for an extended period, usually around 3-5 minutes or even longer. The focus is on targeting the deeper connective tissues and joints, aiming to increase flexibility and promote relaxation. But Yin Yoga isn't just about physical postures – it's an introspective journey. As you sink into each pose, you'll learn to observe your thoughts and sensations without judgement. This can be a powerful tool for managing the challenges that come with university life.

Yoga Nidra, also known as 'yogic sleep,' is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation and conscious awareness. You lie down in a comfortable position and follow my voice, gradually moving your attention through different parts of the body and entering a state between wakefulness and sleep. The goal of Yoga Nidra is to achieve a profound level of relaxation, reduce stress, and even tap into the subconscious mind.

Meditation

Meditation with connection and reflection time afterward. 

This will be a time to practice mindfulness and self-compassion.
After the meditation we will have time for tea and coffee and discuss
the importance of stillness and taking time for ourselves amidst busy schedules. 

Please arrive no later than 11h55 as to not disturb the meditation when started!

Ever feel exhausted even after a full night’s sleep?

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and reflect on what rest truly means.
Together, we’ll explore why sleep isn’t always enough, the different kinds of rest we all need, and how to recognize what your tiredness might really be telling you.
Rest isn’t a reward—it’s a necessity.
Through thoughtful discussion and insight, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how to care for yourself in more meaningful ways.
