Yoga Therapy for Stress Release

Yoga Therapy is a gentle and holistic practice that blends elements of Hatha Yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. This class is designed to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being in a safe and accessible way.
Each session will focus on a different therapeutic theme - from stress relief, back and shoulder tension, and posture correction to emotional grounding, anxiety reduction, and improving sleep.
The practice is slow-paced, deeply intentional, and suitable for all levels, including beginners or those dealing with chronic tension or fatigue. Through mindful movement, supported postures, and guided relaxation, you will leave feeling more balanced, connected, and at ease in your body.
Bring: sports clothes, towel and water bottle
Connecting Across Cultures

When people from all over the world come together to live and study, it can feel both exciting and challenging.
We all carry our own habits, traditions, and communication styles shaped by the cultures we grew up in. But those differences don’t just bring challenges, they also bring inspiration, new perspectives, and the chance to form new connections.
This interactive and playful workshop is all about getting to know each other in meaningful ways while also learning more about how culture shapes us. Through simple exercises and storytelling, you’ll:
- Reflect on your own cultural background and share fun stories.
- Discover how people from different cultures may approach things differently.
- Practise connecting across differences with curiosity and empathy.
- Experience how diversity can create community and friendship.
Expect a mix of reflection, conversation, and connection — a space to meet others and learn together in an open and curious way.

Yogalates
Where: UM Sports - Body & Mind Studio
Time: 18h30 - 19h30
This class blends the best of Yoga and Pilates to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect a well-rounded session that combines flowing yoga movements with targeted Pilates exercises, all set to music that supports both focus and flow. You'll engage in sculpting movements designed to tone your muscles, stabilise the body, and enhance postural awareness, sometimes using props.
Emphasis is placed on breath, mindful movement, and core control, creating a practice that is both energising and grounding. Each class ends with a calming relaxation segment to leave you feeling centred, refreshed, and reconnected — in both body and mind.

Virtual Retreat

Step into a VR world to relax and have fun with catching pesky aliens, conduct an orchestra, paint or discover space. During the virtual Retreat you can choose from a variety of games and experiences using VR Glasses.
