Yogalates (Staff Only)

This class blends the best of Yoga and Pilates to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect a well-rounded session that combines flowing yoga movements with targeted Pilates exercises, all set to music that supports both focus and flow. You'll engage in sculpting movements designed to tone your muscles, stabilise the body, and enhance postural awareness, sometimes using props.
Emphasis is placed on breath, mindful movement, and core control, creating a practice that is both energising and grounding. Each class ends with a calming relaxation segment to leave you feeling centred, refreshed, and reconnected — in both body and mind.
This is a STAFF ONLY activity.
Bring: sports clothes, towel and water bottle.

Set your mind free. In this workshop, the UM Psychologists will take your inner artist on a beautiful journey, while experiencing the calm of a guided meditation.
Go with us on this creative adventure, where drawing and listening merge into an enriching meditative experience. Just use your imagination let your creativity flow.
Accupuncture & Relaxation

- Are you feeling stressed out?
- So busy with studying for your exams or finishing your thesis?
- Do you need a moment to calm down, and do absolutely nothing?
Then maybe this Acupuncture & Stress Relief session is something for you.
With a small group, you will use our Body & Mind Studio to relax, unwind and meditate. To help you with this, we have invited a licensed acupuncturist who will perform Auricular (ear) acupuncture.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the ear contains acupuncture points that can reduce for example anxiety, stress and pain symptoms and help to calm your mind and relax your body. That is why the acupuncturist will place small needles in your outer ears. This will take about 3 minutes per person.
For the next 30 – 45 minutes, you simply rest with the needles in your ears. You can stay seated on the chair or choose to sit or (carefully) lie down on one of the mats laid out for you. Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing – like a meditation for the body and mind. A moment of doing absolutely nothing.
Before the session starts, the procedure will be briefly explained and you will be asked to fill out and intake form, confirming that you understand the procedure.

Host: Positive Health coach
How are you doing?
In this 1-on-1 session with a coach, you will gain insight into your overall wellbeing using the positive health spiderweb. Health is more than just the absence of illness—it includes your physical, mental and social wellbeing. You will reflect on different aspects of your life and check in with yourself on how you are really doing.
By the end of the session, you will have taken at least one step toward improving your wellbeing in a way that matters to you.
Badminton Practice
Time: 17h30-19h00

Come join our open badminton practice! 🏸
This is not a technique training but a fun, casual session where everyone can join in — beginners especially welcome. An instructor will be present to answer questions and give tips, but the focus is on playing, having fun, and meeting new people.

Zumba

Join the fun of this vibrant and exhilarating dance fitness experience that fuses Latin and international music with energetic dance moves. Let the infectious rhythms and engaging choreography captivate you.
Zumba is renowned for its inclusivity and is accessible to people of all ages, fitness levels, and dance backgrounds. The emphasis is on enjoyment and self-expression rather than perfecting intricate dance steps. You are encouraged to let loose, move with passion, and simply have fun while breaking a sweat.
The choreography is easy to follow, allowing everyone in the class to keep up and enjoy the experience. The rhythmic beats serves as a powerful motivator, turning a workout into a dance party. The positive energy of a Zumba class can be contagious, boosting not only physical well-being but also mental and emotional health.

Step into a VR world to relax and have fun with catching pesky aliens, conduct an orchestra, paint or discover space. During the virtual Retreat you can choose from a variety of games and experiences using VR Glasses.
