New feature – Mobile tickets

What's new?

From now on, you can let participants add their ticket directly to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. That means: no more searching for confirmation emails on the day of the event. Just open your wallet app and the ticket is ready to go – just like you’re used to with boarding passes when you travel.

How does it work?

  • In the confirmation email, participants will see a new button: “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet.”

  • With one click, the right app opens on their phone and the ticket is ready to save.

  • As the organizer, you can easily design the ticket yourself in the email settings.
