Welcome to the housing and meals registration form for EMDC 2022.

The arrival date for EMDC 2022 is 30 May and the departure day is 4 June.

 

Please complete this form for each person. A couple needs to complete this form twice.

 

You must book for one person at the time, even when you book a double room. For two people sharing a room, the second person needs to select the option: "Bed in room / tent rented by my friend".

 

You can register multiple people and pay for all of them at the same time. After completing the form for the first person, choose "Save and add additional person".  

If you have multiple people in your group, please try to book as many people as possible in the same booking.

 

You need to make payment immediately. Otherwise, the reservation will expire and you are not guaranteed a spot.

 

Please note: € 5 will be charged for each change.
