Frequently asked questions

Can I try it before I commit?

Yes, there's a free 30-day trial. If you'd rather have someone walk you through it first, book a demo and we'll go through your event with you.

Can I track attendance per workshop or session?

Yes. You can check attendees in per subsession, so you see who was in each session and how busy it was. That data also feeds attendance-based certificates and CE credits.

Can I design badges myself?

Yes. The Badge Builder lets you design badges in your own style, in three formats, from compact to a double-sided butterfly badge. You can also print someone's personal programme on their badge.

Can several colleagues work on the same event?

Yes, at the same time and with different permissions. Communications gets access to the emails, finance to the cost overviews, and you can require changes to be approved first. Enterprise clients can also work with teams, which grants a whole group the same access in one action.

Can we work with sub-organizations?

Yes. You can set up a parent organization with sub-organizations underneath it, which combines central oversight with room to work per department or region. This is available for enterprise clients or as a separate purchase.

Can I use it for both paid and free tickets?

Yes. For paid tickets you add the ticketing and financial administration add-on, which also automates invoicing, payment reminders and refunds. Free tickets need no add-on.

How do you handle our attendees' data?

All data is hosted in the EU. We're ISO 27001:2022 certified by DNV, have a SOC 2 Type II report, work privacy by design, have a dedicated Data Protection Officer and offer processor agreements based on EU Model Clauses.

Can I collect feedback after the event?

Yes. Send a survey afterwards and let attendees rate individual sessions, speakers or the location, with room for open feedback. Results come in where you already work, ready for the evaluation.

What does it cost?

You pay for what you use: a fixed license fee plus credits for registrations, check-ins, badge prints and add-ons. Higher volumes qualify for tiered discounts. Click here to learn more about our prices.
