Fashion Show - ASML sportswear

Location: ASML Plaza's

Target group: employees

Looking for: We have a small but exciting event coming up which we are looking for support from you as an ambassadfor. We are going to launch the new ASML sports clothing line by organizing 3 informal fashion shows during lunchbreak on the dates and locations below:

- September 5th from 11.30-13.30 h -> Plaza building 6KLM (restaurant)
- September 6th from 11.30-13.30h -> Plaza building 7 (restaurant)
- September 8th from 11.30-13.30h -> Plaza building 3 (restaurant)

We are looking for some enthusiastic sportsmen and women preferably available on all three days to help us promote some outfits. It can be a cycling outfit, runners outfit etc.

The concept is to show the outfits on a small catwalk/carpet and promote at various colleagues during lunch. More information and a briefing will follow asap.

Sports Clubs Fair

Timeslot: September 20, 11.30-14.30 uur

Location: Running track, Veldhoven Campus

Target group: employees

Looking for: ambassadors who can support at several activities (like table soccer, boxing sessions, hoop shoot, VR experience, Biking game, E-sport tournament) during this event. You will be supporting the suppliers representatives at this event. We will ask you to encourage visitors to participate in these activities. It will be a joyful and entertaining experience for you as a volunteer!

Tutoring High School Students

Timeslot: timeslots to be determined by yourself

Location: online via MS Teams

Target group: Secondary School

Looking for: ambassadors who want to support the Community Engagement department with online tutoring of high school students. At this moment there is a growing inequality with regard to educational disadvantage due to COVID-19. We would therefore like to support Secondary School students who have fallen behind in education. The tutoring will take place via Microsoft Teams or at a school location (Eindhoven area), both are options depending on the situation regarding COVID-19.

The ASML Tutors will commit 1 to 3 hours on a weekly basis for 6 weeks. Before you start as a tutor you will have an tutorial session of 1 hour. We want to kick start the project in September again, so we need a lot of ambassadors to fulfill the requests.

Open House Days (former Neighbor Visits)

Our 'neighbors' can get to know ASML via a fun program full of presentations, tours and other program components.

GLOW

Every year the light festival GLOW will take place. During this event we will host guided tours in various foreign languages. The GLOW walking route takes you and the guests along over 35 projects from light artists from all over the world. Also ASML is involved in one of the light projects.

Looking for ambassadors who are interested in hosting a tour at the GLOW light festival in a foreign language of choice. See the schedule below for registration. You will be briefed about the route and what you have to tell the guest by forehand.
